Cancellation Policy
A 20% fee will be charged for no-shows or cancellations made within 8 hours of your scheduled appointment.
A $10 late fee will be applied if you arrive more than 15 minutes late.
If you are 20 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled. After 3 late appointments I will be unable to service you further on.
Guest are allowed but must sit in the waiting area of the salon.
